The Town Hall is located at 72 Palmerin Street and was built using local sandstone between 1887 and 1917. This place is also known as Footballers Memorial and included in the heritage site in 1992. It is opened Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

It is the impressive 10.7-metre high granite and sandstone and sandstone monument which is a memorial for 122 men from Warwick who died in WWI. The cost of the memorial was $2,653.74.
